Cine AI Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Cine AI: Movie Finder, Tracker (“Cine AI” or “the App”), published by Teqergy (“we”, “us”). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Agreement and Apple’s EULA

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the App is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”) together with these Terms. If they conflict, these Terms apply to the extent permitted by the Standard EULA.

2. The service

Cine AI provides movie and TV recommendations, a streaming guide, watchlists, collections, episode tracking, imports from other services and community features. Cine AI is not a streaming service and does not host or play films or series; trailers are played from a third-party video platform.

3. Accounts

An account is optional and enables sync and community features. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create one. Keep your login secure and tell us at hello@teqergy.com if you think someone else has accessed your account. You can delete your account in the App at any time.

4. Premium and ads

Some features require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Prices are shown in the App before you buy and may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Cine AI Premium (monthly or yearly) unlocks unlimited AI recommendations and advanced filters and removes ads; the free version is supported by ads. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

5. Community content

Collections, reviews and comments you make public can be seen by other users. You keep ownership of what you post and give us a licence to display it in the App as part of the features you use. Do not post content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or spam. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these Terms. Report problems to hello@teqergy.com.

6. Recommendations and third-party data

Some features use artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected, and it may resemble output generated for other users. Use your own judgment before relying on it.

Movie and TV metadata and streaming availability come from third-party sources and may be incomplete, out of date or different in your country. Streaming services, their catalogs and prices are controlled by those services.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the App to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, upload content you do not have the right to use, harass others, attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, reverse-engineer the App (except where the law allows it), or interfere with its normal operation. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms.

Do not scrape or systematically extract data from the App.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its design, code, text, graphics and trademarks belong to Teqergy or its licensors. You keep all rights to the content you create or upload; you give us a limited licence to host, process and display it only as needed to run the features you use.

Movie and TV artwork, titles and metadata remain the property of their respective rights holders.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the App, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Teqergy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Apple

These Terms are between you and Teqergy, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any product claims, third-party intellectual-property claims or legal-compliance claims. In the event of a failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

12. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The competent courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and continued use of the App after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
